Sparkling Ice while a tasty beverage on it's own can also be used to make some tasty holiday drinks. That's right! This 0 calorie, carbonated drink that comes in so many flavors is sure to make your holiday table even more festive with these boozy cocktails. Here is a recipe from the people at Sparkling Ice wishing to make your holiday a whole lot better.
Sparkle and Spice
INGREDIENTS
750ml bottle aged rum
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 clove
1 cardamom pod
1 star anise pod
1 vanilla bean
3 allspice berries
Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
1/2 cinnamon stick

Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime
DIRECTIONS
Combine rum, cinnamon stick, clove, cardamom, star anise, vanilla bean, allspice berries, and nutmeg in an airtight jar. Split vanilla bean and scrape seeds into jar along with the bean pod. Close jar and allow infusion to sit in a dark place for at least 3 days. Strain rum into an airtight jar with a fine-mesh strainer, discarding spices. Over ice, pour 2 ounces of rum infusion. Top with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime and garnish with blackberries.

Here are a couple of recipes I conjured up with the help of my husband using some Sparkling Ice.
Spicy Holiday
1.5 Parts Tito's Vodka
.5 Parts Campari
4oz. Sparkling Ice Strawberry Watermelon, or top off to preference
1/2 a minced Serrano pepper
Serve on the rocks garnished with a strawberry and remaining half of Serrano.
Cheery Cherry Cocktail
1 Part Tanqueray Gin
1 Part Noilly Pratt Vermouth
Top of with Sparkling Ice Black Cherry
Serve in a martini glass garnished with maraschino cherries.
Part = 1 jigger or 1.5 oz.
