Spicy Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos

6 to 10 Large jalapenos, sliced in half with the seeds and veins removed
1/4 lb. Spicy breakfast sausage, cooked and drained of oil
8 oz. Cream cheese
2 oz. Goat cheese
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
1 tsp Lemon juice

Heat oven to 400. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Mix together all the ingredients minus the jalapenos, reserving a small amount of sausage for topping. Spoon the cheese/sausage mixture into each jalapeno then top with a little crumbled sausage. Cook in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble and brown. Enjoy!
